Departures

Our whale watching tours start from Reykjavík´s Old Harbour, located only 5 minutes walking from the city centre. During puffin season we sail past the puffin islands Akurey and Lundey, inhabited by thousands of puffins. From there it takes us only 15-20 minutes to get to where the whales are. So don´t waste your time waiting, come join the Whale Watching Express, saving your waiting time while not loosing out on any time with the whales!

Whale Watching Tours

Duration: Only 2 – 2.5 hour tours; less waiting time, same or more time whale watching!
Price:
Adults: ISK 8.000 / approx. 48 euros
Children 7 to 15 years: ISK 4.000 / approx. 24 euros
Free for children under 7 years old

Schedule:

April: Daily at 10:00

May: Daily at 10:00 and 14:00

June - July - August: Daily at 10:00, 14:00 and 18:00

September: Daily at 10:00 and 14:00

October: Daily at 10:00

*all tours are weather permitting   
*reservation is recommended
*the tour includes a visit to the puffin islands, during puffin season: 01 May – 15 Aug.
*If the tours are cancelled due to bad weather they are refunded fully.
