Sea Conditions?               
Tours are weather dependant, and may be subject to cancellations. In case of cancellations due to weather you will recieve a full refund.

What if I don't turn up?   
Refunds are given if you contact us up to 24 hours prior to the tour.

Mobility issues?               
If you have any mobility issues, medical problems,  please let us know and we will assist you.

No whales?       
If your tour does not sight a whale, we offer you another ticket for free.
