Biggest Whale Watching boat in Iceland!
This lovely luxurious ship is one of a kind in Iceland and can seat up to 130 passengers inside in a comfortable area with big windows for great viewing on both floors. And for those adventurous who want to stay outside it has extra large viewing decks so everyone can find a spot by the railing.
Andrea has spacious and comfortable public areas and three stylish seating lounges with a Café & Souvenir shop on board. Big windows on both floors for those who want to enjoy the tour with the comfort of warmth and shelter from the wind without missing a thing, considering the unpredictable Icelandic weather conditions.
Andrea was built as a ferry boat, originally sailing between Helsingør (Denmark) and Helsingborg (Sweden). The vessel is equipped with the latest in computerized navigation and communication technology and you are welcome to visit the captain in the wheelhouse and see what he is up to!
Large viewing decks, both front and back as well as the on the top, which boast a fantastic panoramic bird's-eye-view to capture the fantastic scenery around.
5 bathrooms (WC) available on board and easy access to all areas of the ship.
A sound system throughout the boat will keep you informed for the entire tour, but of course we encourage you to venture outside for the fresh arctic air and the amazing view of Iceland´s nature at its best!
We do have wheelchair access to get on board Andrea (ramp down the pier and up into the boat) and there are no steps to get into the front lounge. To get outside to the back deck there is one stairway where the crew will happily help you.
